Key Responsibilities
- Sales targets and customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and relationships.
- Portfolio growth and quality.
- Quality loan applications.
- Compliance with lending policies.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI).
- Proven sales and portfolio management experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
