1. Bus Attendants

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet passengers during boarding and direct them to assigned seats.
• Provide information to passengers on routes and trip schedules as required.
• Maintain workspace hygiene by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Prepare required bus trip documentation to ensure accurate passenger information is used before onboarding.
• Perform such other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Zambian citizens aged between 22–30 years.
• Mature, honest, disciplined and flexible.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good customer service skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to their work.
• Numerate with the ability to read and write.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, marketing or a similar field will be an added advantage.

2. Automotive Electrician (Heavy Duty)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair starting and charging systems, wiring harnesses, sensors, Electronic Control Units (ECUs), control modules, lighting and safety systems in heavy-duty vehicles, preferably Scania engines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Carry out field repair assignments when required.
• Read, interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics and manuals.

Job Requirements

• Zambian citizen.
• Diploma in Heavy Duty Automotive Electrical.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience in heavy-duty vehicles.
• At least two traceable employment referees from reputable organisations with reachable contacts.
• Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).
• Mature and professional with strong communication skills.
• Honest, reliable and disciplined.

3. Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with road safety standards.
• Manage budgets related to fleet operations, including fuel, maintenance, and repair costs.
• Ensure the fleet operates in compliance with related local and national transport regulations and stay updated on the standards.
• Monitor driver performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues related to safety and performance.
• Monitor vehicle location, performance, and maintenance needs using fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with fleet operations, including accidents, breakdowns, and delays.
• Generate regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and efficiency.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Zambian citizen with minimum age of 40 years.
• Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Transport and Logistics (ZITL).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience in heavy-duty logistics or fleet management, including team supervision in a transport environment.
• At least two traceable employment referees from reputable organisations with reachable contacts.
• Reference letters must not be more than 12 months from the date of issue.
• Minimum Class CE driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate, with good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of vehicle tracking applications, preferably for heavy-duty vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle technology, safety protocols and personnel management.
• Good network in the transport environment.
• Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, risk-management, organisational and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience servicing and troubleshooting heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience working on brands such as FAW, SHACMAN, HINO, and similar heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
