Beauty & Fashion Content Creator / Marketing Agent

Beyoutify ZM is looking for a creative, confident and beauty-loving individual to join our team as a Beauty & Fashion Content Creator / Marketing Agent.

If you know your makeup, beauty products, bags, clothes and accessories, love creating content, and know how to make products look irresistible online — we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create attractive and engaging content for our beauty, cosmetics, bags and clothing products.
• Take quality photos and videos for social media and online marketing.
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and promotional content.
• Showcase products creatively and keep up with current beauty and fashion trends.
• Assist with product promotions, campaigns and in-store marketing.
• Help maintain an attractive and appealing product display in-store.
• Respond to and engage with customers on social media.
• Assist in promoting new arrivals, special offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with the team to develop fresh marketing ideas.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide regular content/marketing updates.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion and lifestyle products.
• Is confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Has good knowledge of beauty products and trends.
• Can create creative, trendy and engaging social media content.
• Has good photography and video skills using a phone.
• Understands platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Is creative, energetic and naturally good at selling/promoting products.
• Has excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in beauty, retail, marketing or content creation will be an added advantage.

A qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or a related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
