1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle calls, emails and correspondence
• Welcome and assist visitors
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Provide administrative and office support
• Maintain office records and files

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills, including MS Office
• Organized, professional and able to multitask
• Previous experience is an advantage

2. GENERAL WORKERS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and maintenance duties
• Assist with fumigation and pest-control activities
• Proper use of tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Follow company procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 9 / Grade 12 Certificate
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Honest, reliable and punctual
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Previous experience is an advantage
