Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Proven experience in pastry and bakery production is required
• Experience preparing bread, cakes, pastries and other baked products
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions
• Good hygiene and food-safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Reliable, disciplined and hardworking

Slicers — 10 Positions

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous experience in a bakery, food-production or similar environment
• Experience with pastries and bakery products is an added requirement
• Ability to operate or safely handle slicing equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Good hygiene and food-safety practices
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills

Kitchen Help — 10 Positions

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous kitchen, bakery, restaurant or food-production experience preferred
• Experience working with pastries is required
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to clean, organise and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Location Requirement

Applicants must be based in Lilayi, Chalala or surrounding areas and be able to reliably commute to work.
