Champion Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, with locations in Cumming and Alpharetta, Georgia.
Champion Physical Therapy seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk (Entry Level) for a completely remote position. This role supports operations through accurate, timely data management, enabling clinical teams to focus on individualized, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update patient records, including demographics, appointment details, treatment codes and billing data, into secure digital systems.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to clarify unclear data or resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital records, ensuring confidential and efficient access for care and billing purposes.
- Monitor data submission workflows, flagging missing or delayed entries and proactively following up.
- Assist with basic data reporting, compiling information to support operational or audit needs.
- Follow established protocols to safeguard data privacy and uphold regulatory standards.
- Suggest improvements to data entry processes to help increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital information systems.
- Proficient typing skills and basic computer literacy, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Reliable internet access and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to team members for clarifications.
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive patient data.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and diligence are most important.
