About the Role

Agrimation Engineering is hiring a full-time Driver or Mechanic.

The main goal is to provide safe, reliable transportation while ensuring the company’s vehicles are in good working condition.

1. Driver
2. Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Maintenance: Report major mechanical faults, schedule regular servicing and assist in obtaining quotations for vehicle spare parts.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel and routes.
• Safety & Compliance: Make sure all vehicle documents, including insurance, road tax and fitness certificates, are current and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Completed Grade 12 education.
• Certification in Auto Mechanics or a craft certificate from a recognized institution.
• Valid Zambian driver's licence (Class C) with a clean driving record.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a driver and mechanic, preferably in a busy organization.
• Good communication skills in English, interpersonal skills and basic troubleshooting skills.

Additional Preferential Areas

Candidates living in areas like Barlastone, Kasupe, or along Mungwi Road are at an advantage, but applications are open to everyone.
