Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' driving experience.
- Experience driving 30-tonne and above tipper trucks.
- Valid driving licence with the appropriate class.
- Good knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle operations.
- Responsible, safety-conscious and reliable.
2. Automotive Electrician
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Transport & Logistics industry.
- Proven experience servicing and troubleshooting heavy-duty trucks.
- Experience working on brands such as FAW, SHACMAN, HINO, and similar heavy-duty vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.

Position Overview
As a Tollgate Attendant, you will play a crucial role in collecting toll fees from motorists while ensuring smooth and efficient traffic flow through the toll roads. You will report directly to the Tollgate Attendant Supervisor and support daily operational activities that maintain high standards of service and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect toll fees using cash and electronic payment methods, issuing receipts promptly to motorists.
- Reconcile daily cash and electronic payments with the computerized transaction system to ensure accuracy.
- Provide clear and courteous information to motorists regarding toll rates and procedures.
- Monitor traffic conditions and enforce compliance with toll booth operational guidelines to maintain safety and order.
- Support additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Grade 12 certificate.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline is required.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role handling cash and electronic transactions.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for transaction tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong integrity and reliability in handling cash and sensitive information.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is also required.
- Highly motivated, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

PROJECT OFFICER
REFRACTIVE ERROR AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY HEALTH IN ZAMBIA PROJECT
Zambia Federation of Disability Organisations (ZAFOD) is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced and motivated Project Officer to support the implementation of the Refractive Error and Assistive Technology Community Health in Zambia Project.
The project seeks to strengthen access to and provision of assistive technology in Zambia, including promoting local procurement and utilisation of assistive products, strengthening awareness and advocacy, supporting policy development and implementation, and improving coordination among key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the Refractive Error and Assistive Technology Community Health in Zambia Project in accordance with approved work plans and budgets.
- Support increased local procurement, production and utilisation of assistive products.
- Facilitate awareness-raising activities on assistive technology and promote access to appropriate assistive products.
- Support policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement on assistive technology.
- Work closely with Government, Organisations of Persons with Disabilities, service providers, development partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support data collection, documentation and analysis relating to assistive technology and project beneficiaries.
- Prepare project progress reports, activity reports and other required documentation.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of project activities against agreed targets and indicators.
- Organise meetings, workshops, consultations and other project activities.
- Support effective management of project resources and ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, learning and documentation of project achievements, challenges and lessons learned.
- Ensure that project activities adhere to safeguarding, accountability, data protection and other applicable organisational policies.
- Contribute to activities aimed at strengthening human resources and institutional capacity for assistive technology provision, including engagement with relevant training institutions and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, Disability Studies, International Development or a related field.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the NGO/development sector.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement, advocacy and coordination.
- Experience in project monitoring, reporting and documentation.
- A qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences or a related health field will be an added advantage, particularly for candidates with relevant NGO/development-sector experience.
- Good understanding of disability inclusion, assistive technology and/or inclusive development will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with Organisations of Persons with Disabilities or other civil society organisations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to prepare quality reports and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
