Role Description
Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a leading legal services provider for a Data Entry Clerk on a contract basis. This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience working with medical records and CRM systems. The role will focus on accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining case-related information and requires someone who can work independently while managing a high volume of data. Experience with Litify or Salesforce is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update case and claimant information in CRM and case management systems.
- Review medical records and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic records and case information.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as needed.
- Update and maintain CRM records and case files.
- Assist with tracking case information, documentation, and status updates.
- Follow established procedures for data entry, document management, and quality control.
- Handle confidential medical and case information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with data entry or data management.
- Experience working with medical records (required).
- Experience working with a CRM system (required).

Background

Job Purpose
To drive an assigned institutional/ERB motor vehicle for the purpose of transporting personnel and/or materials to required destinations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To conduct pre-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure that it is in sound operating condition and compliant to all road traffic regulations (e.g. vehicle checklist, fitness certificate, road tax license, triangles, etc.) before driving it.
- To drive ERB staff, visitors and other officials as directed to and from required destinations.
- Assist inspectors during inspections when requested.
- To deliver and collect materials to or from specified locations as instructed.
- To report faults/defects/accidents in a timely manner in accordance with the ERB Transport Policy.
- To alert the Head Driver when the vehicle assigned is due for service.

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients, negotiate payment arrangements, handle debtor enquiries, executing recovery and ensuring collection chain processes are in place, and to provide administrative assistance to the team.
