General Requirements

• Maximum age: 45 years old.
• Minimum 3 years overseas work experience.
• Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings and plans.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Must be willing and able to complete the IELTS.
• Must be willing and able to achieve an IELTS Overall Band Score of 4.0.
• Must have complete and verifiable employment documentation.
• Applicants must be currently residing in the Philippines throughout the application process.
• Applicants must be willing to undergo the required trade testing, interviews and employment checks.
