Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in medical insurance, medical aid, healthcare or related industry preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's licence.
