The Opportunity
Join a growing organisation in the medical insurance industry as a results-driven Sales Executive responsible for driving new client acquisition, business growth, market presence and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Acquire new clients and grow lives under administration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate and close new business.
- Generate leads through digital platforms and other channels.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in medical insurance, medical aid, healthcare or related industry preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's licence.
