Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant Grade 12 Certificate, Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree, depending on the position.
• Relevant experience in construction or a related field.
• Professional registration where applicable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence for driving positions.
• Relevant operating licence/certificate for equipment operators.
• All academic qualifications must be certified/verified.
• Clear criminal record.

We Are Hiring – Bricklayer (Part-Time)

Brighton Construction Zambia is looking for an experienced and hardworking Bricklayer to work on a part-time basis across projects in Lusaka.

What We Need

• Must have experience in block laying, plastering and brick force installation.
• Must know how to read simple drawings.
• Must be honest, punctual and hardworking.
• Must stay in Lusaka.
• Having own tools such as a trowel, level and line is an advantage.
• Must follow safety requirements; no beer at work.

What We Offer

• Daily pay of K120 – K150 depending on skill.
• Consistent work with projects every month.
• Training in proper building practices, including curing, DPC and bituminous work.
• Opportunity to work with a professional licensed team.
