Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant Grade 12 Certificate, Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree, depending on the position.
- Relevant experience in construction or a related field.
- Professional registration where applicable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence for driving positions.
- Relevant operating licence/certificate for equipment operators.
- All academic qualifications must be certified/verified.
- Clear criminal record.
