- Help maintain our automated allocation rules and step in with manual matching and postings where needed.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a candidate that will support the branch team as an Office Assistant for our Kalumbila Branch. The ideal candidate must combine a variety of skills including time management, general organization, task prioritization, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork. Any previous office experience may be requested but this can also be an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
- Coordinate messenger and courier service.
- Provide a high quality cleaning service that includes:
- Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Dispose of trash and recycling.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Stock and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Maintain common areas and outdoor spaces.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate or GCE.
- Proven experience as a cleaner.
- A motorbike license with at least one year of experience will be added experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Good communication skills.
