Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store materials.
• Issue and dispatch materials to authorised users.
• Maintain accurate SAP/ERP stock records.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process returns, transfers and damaged stock.
• Maintain safe, clean and orderly storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and SHEQ requirements.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in stores, warehousing, inventory control or materials handling.
• Mining or industrial warehouse experience is advantageous.
• SAP/ERP inventory-management training is an added advantage.
