Sales Assistant

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Nyanja/Bemba.
• Ability to handle cash, Mobile Money and POS.

Duties

• Provide customer service and product advice.
• Drive sales and meet targets.
• Handle cash, Mobile Money and POS transactions.
• Handle stock, conduct daily counts and restock products.
• Keep the store clean, neat and visually appealing.
• Manage WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries.
