We're Hiring – Field Operations Officer

Kweza Logistics is looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused individual to join the team in Chipata, Eastern Province.

The successful candidate will support field activities by engaging prospective customers and service providers, conducting field research, supporting user onboarding and maintaining accurate records.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience or a strong interest in fieldwork, customer engagement, community mobilisation, agriculture, logistics, sales or research
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chichewa/Nyanja
• Confidence using a smartphone, WhatsApp and basic computer applications
• Ability to collect, organise and maintain information accurately
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently
• Based in Chipata or available to work in Chipata for the duration of the assignment

Education

A Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Position Details

This is a fixed-term position involving regular field movement within Chipata and surrounding areas.
