Telesales Cum Receptionist (1 Position)
Based in: Lusaka
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Position Overview
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to customer inquiries, generate new business, and provide excellent frontline service while performing general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Greet and assist visitors, handle calls and correspondence at the reception.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a similar role (sales or reception).
Skills / Attributes
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Confident and persuasive.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Warehouse Supervisor (2 Positions)
Based in: Lusaka & Kitwe
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reporting To: Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Position Overview
Oversee and manage warehouse functions, including warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigation of Spot Checks and Variance: Perform five spot checks per department per day on high-value, high-quantity products. Look into and correct any discrepancies discovered during spot checks. Ensure the accuracy of the monthly inventory process.
- Variation, Scarcity, and Damage Accountability: Keep track of and examine inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damage, and take necessary measures.
- Warehouse Space and Cost Management: Manage warehouse cost centres, such as loading, storing, using fuel efficiently, and maintaining equipment. Maintain 0% stock losses and cut operational costs wherever possible.
- Analysing and Taking Part in the Monthly Inventory Process: Within five working days of the stock count, prepare reports on the variance stock analysis.
- Management of People: Participate in the HR department's hiring and management of general labour staff. Increase the workforce's optimal use.
- Responding to Customer Queries: Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers. Comply with ISO requirements and update the EHS system.
- Handling of Damaged Products: Control the repackaging and refurbishing. Keep thorough records of all breaks and damages.
- Effective Dispatching: Ensure the actual and timely delivery of the items you purchased. During dispatch, avoid loading merchandise too much or too little. Loading to be done with approved SAP documents. No dispatch shall be done without documents.
- Stock Accuracy Upkeep: Check that the warehouse's stock corresponds to the stock cards' projected quantities after delivery and reception.
- EHS and Quality Management System: Recognise the EHS goals, policies, and procedures of the quality management system and follow them.
- Minimum Stock Level: When stock levels fall below the minimum, keep a minimum reorder report and get reorder stock.
- Documentation for Dispatch: Ensure that a proof of delivery (POD) and an invoice are included with every sales shipment. These papers should not be included in any product releases.
- Reporting of Anomalies: Stock irregularities should be immediately reported to management if they are found.
- Breakage and Storage: Keep your goods stacked neatly for simple counting and compliance with local laws (like ZEMA). Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and follow guidelines for correct product placement.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks imposed by your immediate supervisors.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Do QAD checks in the warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
- Degree in Transport & Logistics / CIPS / Accountancy.
Experience:
- 5 years' experience in warehouse control and logistics.
- SAP and WMS systems experience is an advantage.
- MS Office.
