Muky Pharmacy Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of PHARMACY TECHNOLOGIST.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines and medical supplies in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Provide accurate information and advice to patients regarding the use of medicines.
• Maintain proper records of medicines dispensed and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold professional ethical standards.
• Ensure adherence to Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA) guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) with a valid practicing license.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a retail pharmacy setting will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and professional with a strong commitment to patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Valid HPCZ Practising License
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Must reside within Choma

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
