Available Positions
1. Counsellor – GNRA Rehabilitation Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counselling and psychosocial support through individual and group sessions.
- Develop and implement tailored counselling intervention plans.
- Maintain confidential records and conduct client assessments.
- Participate in case management and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Offer guidance on behavioural, emotional, and social challenges.
- Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Professional registration where applicable.
- Previous counselling experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
2. Occupational Therapist – GNRA Special Needs Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individual occupational therapy plans.
- Provide therapy to enhance clients’ functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
- Monitor progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate clients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic strategies.
- Maintain detailed client records and participate in case reviews.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional registration or licence where applicable.
- Experience with special educational needs or rehabilitation clients preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Upper Primary Teacher – Great North Road Academy Group Schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for upper primary learners.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Assess learner progress and maintain classroom discipline.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Work under guidance of experienced teachers and heads of department.
Qualifications:

6. Intern Secondary Teachers – Science Subjects

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering effective science lessons.
- Prepare learning materials and support practical and laboratory activities.
- Support assessments, marking, and learner progress monitoring.
- Maintain classroom and laboratory standards and participate in school activities.
- Work under supervision of experienced teachers.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Secondary Education specialising in Science subjects.

7. Assistant Chef – Hospitality Operations
Location: Great North Road Academy Group Hospitality Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in meal preparation and presentation following approved menus and recipes.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, monitor food quality, and assist with stock control.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is advantageous.
- Previous kitchen or catering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team with strong discipline and reliability.
