Requirements
- Grade 12.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Nyanja/Bemba.
- Ability to handle cash, Mobile Money and POS.
Duties
- Provide customer service and product advice.
- Drive sales and meet targets.
- Handle cash, Mobile Money and POS transactions.
- Handle stock, conduct daily counts and restock products.
- Keep the store clean, neat and visually appealing.
- Manage WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries.
