General Requirements
- Maximum age: 45 years old.
- Minimum 3 years overseas work experience.
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings and plans.
- Good English communication skills are essential.
- Must be willing and able to complete the IELTS.
- Must be willing and able to achieve an IELTS Overall Band Score of 4.0.
- Must have complete and verifiable employment documentation.
- Applicants must be currently residing in the Philippines throughout the application process.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo the required trade testing, interviews and employment checks.
