TMS Medical Services is looking for a skilled, proactive and dedicated IT Assistant to join the team in Woodlands, Lusaka.
The company is seeking someone with experience in Insta HMS or InnoCare who can support its Hospital Management System, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Insta HMS or InnoCare.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hospital operations, including patient registration, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology.
- Understanding of data security, backups and system maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
