About the Role
ZSIC Life Plc is seeking ambitious, honest and hardworking professionals to join its growing team as Sales Consultants. The role focuses on marketing and selling ZSIC Life products, acquiring and retaining clients, achieving sales targets and representing the ZSIC Life brand with integrity and professionalism.
Your Role
- Market and sell ZSIC Life products.
- Acquire and retain clients across all product segments.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
- Represent the ZSIC Life brand with integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Zambian citizen with a valid NRC.
- Registered with ZRA, with a valid TPIN.
- Grade 12 certificate, minimum.
- Police clearance issued within the last six months.
- No record of fraud conviction.
- Aged 23 years or above.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A business certificate or diploma is an added advantage.
- Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
