AfriRoyal Designs is a developing fashion brand focused on celebrating African fashion with a modern touch. The company is expanding and is looking for talented and passionate tailors to join its growing team.

The Role

We are seeking two creative, reliable and skilled Tailors to support garment production and finishing. One position is available in Chingola and one position is available in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out sewing and tailoring work according to required garment designs and specifications.
• Complete high-quality garment finishing with strong attention to detail.
• Work with different fabrics, particularly African prints, while maintaining quality standards.
• Apply creativity and technical tailoring skills to produce well-finished garments.
• Meet production requirements while maintaining consistency and accuracy in workmanship.
• Work effectively with other team members in a creative and supportive fashion environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of tailoring experience. More experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in sewing and garment finishing.
• Ability to work with different fabrics, particularly African prints.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
• Reliability, commitment and the ability to work well in a team.
