Field Manager - Chipata

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all field sales activities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Set and monitor monthly placement, sales, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee the distribution of Kazang machines.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least a credit in Mathematics and English.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Sales or similar.
• Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of riding a motorbike or own vehicle is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Field Biker - Lusaka

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate clients on existing and new products and services, including aftersales support.
• Respond to client queries, requests, and complaints.
• Conduct customer training and handle complaint resolution.
• Oversee branding of customer premises.
• Distribute paper rolls to clients.
• Follow daily work plans provided by the Sales Coordinator.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider with a reputable organisation.
• Valid Class A motorcycle driving licence (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
