Purpose of the Role
Run a safe, compliant and commercially disciplined driving school with reliable scheduling, fleet control and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage instructors, learner bookings, lesson schedules, tests and customer communication.
- Maintain instructor, learner, vehicle, insurance, licence and road-safety records.
- Control vehicle custody, fuel, maintenance, incidents and daily readiness.
- Manage collections, pricing, utilisation, pass-rate and complaint reporting with Finance and Marketing.
- Prepare unit structure, staffing plan and instructor onboarding programme.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant driving-school, transport, fleet or business qualification.
- At least five years relevant experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Valid applicable driving licences and sound knowledge of road-safety and driving-school requirements.

Purpose of the Role
Deliver compliant, timely and profitable customs clearing, forwarding and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customs, clearing, forwarding and shipment documentation from client instruction to closure.
- Maintain licences, agent records, client due diligence and compliance checklists.
- Supervise documentation, logistics, client-service and driver support roles.
- Track shipment status, turnaround, revenue, margin, receivables, penalties and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer updates and secure custody of documents and goods-related records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Customs Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- At least five years relevant experience including supervisory responsibility.
- Applicable licensing, registration or professional competence.
