 1. Operating Theater Nurse

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Certificate or Diploma in Theatre/Operating Theatre Nursing is highly preferred.
• Valid practising licence from the General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNCZ).
• 2–5 years of experience in a busy operating theatre environment.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, focus, and physical stamina.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

 2. ICU / Critical Care Nurse

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Certificate in Critical Care Nursing.
• Valid, active, and unencumbered practising licence from the GNCZ.
• 2–5 years of recent experience in an ICU or Critical Care Unit.

Required Skills

• Expertise in patient assessment, haemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation.
• Proficiency in emergency response protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
