Linton Security Operations (LSO) Limited is inviting applications for the position of Security Supervisor in Lusaka.

Role Overview

To support and alleviate the workload of the Security Operations Manager, ensuring effective supervision, coordination, and compliance across all security sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily deployments and site coverage.
• Supervise and support Security Officers.
• Handle recruitment, discipline and staff training.
• Liaise with clients and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Conduct briefs, spot checks and inspections.
• Submit daily and weekly operational reports.
• Support the Security Operations Manager.

Key Requirements

• Must know how to ride a motorbike and have a valid motorbike rider's licence (Class A). This is mandatory.
• Age between 28 and 35 years.
• Must be based in Lusaka and familiar with Lusaka.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in the private security industry.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be sober-minded.
