1. Counsellor – GNRA Rehabilitation Centre

Duties

• Provide counselling and psychosocial support to clients and learners.
• Conduct individual and group counselling and develop intervention plans.
• Maintain confidential records, assessments and referrals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Prepare detailed reports.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
• Professional registration where applicable.
• Counselling experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

2. Upper Primary Teacher

Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for upper primary learners.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain discipline.
• Provide academic and pastoral support.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a teaching qualification.
• Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
• Experience teaching upper primary.
• Classroom management, communication and ICT skills.

3. Intern Teachers

Available Subjects and Specialisations:

• Primary Intern
• Special Education
• Civic and Religious Education
• Social Sciences
• Commercials
• General Sciences

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Secondary Education with a relevant specialisation.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Willingness to learn.

4. Matron and Patron

Duties

• Provide care and support to pupils, including personal hygiene.
• Work with the boarding mistress to ensure pupil welfare.

Requirements

• Kind and compassionate nature.
• Knowledge of the matron role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a matron.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

5. Full-Time Secondary Teachers

Subject Combinations:

• Geography and History
• Physics and Mathematics

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education from a recognised institution.
• Specialisation in the listed subject combinations.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Fluent in English with good handwriting.
• TCZ membership with a valid licence.
