Rustic Gold Car Care is looking for an ambitious, creative and results-driven Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant to help grow its customer base, bookings and sales.

This role is particularly suited to someone passionate about content creation, social media marketing, digital advertising and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging photos, videos, reels and promotional content.
• Develop content ideas that showcase Rustic Gold's services.
• Manage and maintain social media content across Facebook and Instagram.
• Capture content at the business and turn it into engaging marketing material.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

• Assist in planning and running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Create and test different advertising content and offers.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads and enquiries.
• Help identify which campaigns generate actual customers and bookings.
• Make recommendations to improve advertising results.

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Generate new customer leads and enquiries.
• Respond to and follow up with potential customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings.
• Promote services, packages and special offers.
• Identify new opportunities to attract customers.
• Track leads, bookings and sales generated through marketing activities.

Who We Are Looking For

• A Marketing, Sales, Business or Communications student, or a motivated young professional.
• Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
• Comfortable creating content using a smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic and confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Interested in learning how marketing directly drives sales.

Access to a laptop and/or additional content-creation equipment will be an added advantage.
