Requirements

• Chef Certificate or Diploma from a recognised institution.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and standards.
• Experience in restaurant or corporate catering.
• Able to prepare Zambian dishes and continental cuisine.
• Clean, punctual, disciplined and a team player.
• Kitwe-based and must be available at 32 Pamo Avenue, Parklands.
