Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide direct instructional support to children with learning challenges, disabilities or developmental delays.
• Integrate Christian values into teaching and classroom management.
• Collaborate with carers, teachers and parents to ensure holistic child development.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.
• Create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Education with specialisation in special needs.
• Experience working with children requiring additional support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and creativity in teaching approaches.
• Commitment to Christian values and ability to model them in daily practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid TCZ registration.
