1. Bulldozer Operator

Qualifications

• Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate or better.
• Statutory requirements: NAPSA, NHIMA, TPIN, bank account, medical examination, fingerprints and passport-size photo.

Skills

• Valid operator's licence or certification.
• Experience operating graders and heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

2. Grader Operator

Qualifications

• Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate or better.
• Statutory requirements: NAPSA, NHIMA, TPIN, bank account, medical examination, fingerprints and passport-size photo.

Skills

• Valid operator's licence or certification.
• Experience operating graders and heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

3. Tipper Truck Driver × 50

Qualifications

• Grade 5–12 Certificate or better.
• Statutory requirements: NAPSA, NHIMA, TPIN, bank account and medical examination.
• Valid commercial driver's licence with the appropriate endorsements.
• Three years' driving experience.

Skills

• Defensive Driving: Ability to drive defensively and safely in various road and weather conditions.
• Vehicle Operation: Proficiency in operating tipper trucks, including loading, transporting and unloading materials.
• Maintenance Awareness: Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and ability to perform routine checks.
• Safety Protocols: Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Communication: Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, loaders and other stakeholders.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job, including long hours and potential manual handling of materials.

Remuneration

Competitive basic salary with allowances. Competitive remuneration will be offered.
