About the Role

Unifi is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join its Mansa Branch as a Meet and Greeter. The role is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients and employees while serving as the first point of contact and helping create a positive impression of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide information about the organisation and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales or a related role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
