1. Guest Experience Officer (1)
The Guest Experience Officer will play a key role in ensuring that guests receive professional, personalised and consistent service throughout their interaction with the organisation. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, front office operations or a similar service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay or interaction with the organisation.
- Understand guest needs, preferences and expectations and ensure these are addressed appropriately.
- Provide accurate information regarding available services, facilities, activities and other guest-related matters.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Follow up on guest requests and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
- Receive, document and escalate guest complaints or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Maintain professional communication with guests at all times.
- Assist with special guest arrangements, celebrations, bookings and other personalised services where required.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, complaints, feedback and resolutions.
- Collect and communicate guest feedback to management to support service improvement.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate guest service standards and procedures.
- Promote available facilities, services and relevant offerings to guests where appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest information.
- Support other departments during busy operational periods to ensure continuity of guest service.
- Perform other guest-experience-related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Customer Service or a related field will be an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, front office or a similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience dealing directly with customers or guests.
- Good understanding of hospitality and customer service principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to maintain basic guest records.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
2. Front Office Attendant (1)
The Front Office Attendant will play a key role in ensuring that guests receive professional, efficient and consistent service from arrival through departure. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in hotel reception, front office operations, customer service or a similar hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Verify guest information, reservations and relevant documentation.
- Process room reservations, amendments, cancellations and related requests.
- Respond to guest enquiries regarding rooms, facilities, services, rates and other hotel information.
- Answer and appropriately direct telephone calls and other enquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status, room readiness and guest requirements.
- Communicate guest requests to the relevant departments and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with issuing receipts, invoices and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and organisational information.
- Ensure the reception and front office area remains professional, clean and presentable.
- Maintain accurate shift handover information.
- Support daily front office reporting and administrative requirements.
- Promote available hotel facilities and services where appropriate.
- Comply with established hospitality, safety, security and customer service procedures.
- Perform other front-office-related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate required.
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Front Office Operations or a related field will be an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in front office, hotel reception, customer service or a similar environment.
- Previous experience with hotel reservation or property management systems will be an advantage.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good numeracy and basic cash-handling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and personal presentation.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Sales and Marketing Officer (1)
The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s revenue generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility and business development activities. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in sales, marketing, business development, hospitality or a similar commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing activities in line with organisational objectives.
- Identify and pursue potential customers, corporate clients, partners and other business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote rooms, hospitality services, events, food and beverage offerings and other available services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Support the development of sales plans, marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, referrals, digital platforms and other appropriate channels.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations and client engagements where required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
- Coordinate with front office, food and beverage and other departments to ensure customer expectations are properly communicated and managed.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving products and services.
- Support promotional events, campaigns and corporate engagements.
- Develop and maintain a professional network of potential clients and business partners.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and market positioning.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercial and customer information.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, hospitality or a related environment.
- Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition, sales generation or business development.
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Experience using social media and digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance indicators.
- Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage.
4. Waiter and Waitress (×2)
The Waiter and Waitress will play a key role in ensuring that food and beverage services are delivered accurately, efficiently and professionally. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in food and beverage service, table service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous table service.
- Present menus and provide accurate information regarding food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
- Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and according to established service standards.
- Confirm customer orders and attend to special requests where possible.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns and complaints.
- Maintain clean, organised and properly prepared tables and service areas.
- Set and clear tables in accordance with established service procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and front office teams to ensure smooth service.
- Process customer bills and payments accurately where required.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established cash-handling procedures where applicable.
- Assist with preparation of dining and service areas before and after service.
- Maintain appropriate hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate required.
- Certificate or training in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality or a related field will be an advantage.
- Previous experience as a waiter, waitress or food and beverage attendant will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of customer service and table-service procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

5. Housekeeper Attendant
The Housekeeper Attendant will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and overall condition of guest rooms and designated areas of the establishment. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in hotel housekeeping, cleaning services or a similar hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established housekeeping standards.
- Make beds, change linen and replace towels and other room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, surfaces, furniture and other room areas thoroughly.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report maintenance defects, damaged items and other room-related issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and other designated spaces.
- Handle cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest belongings and property responsibly and professionally.
- Report lost and found items in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with front office regarding room status and readiness.
- Support urgent room cleaning and guest requests where required.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of housekeeping equipment.
- Minimise wastage of cleaning materials and other supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and their activities.
- Comply with health, safety and security procedures.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate will be an advantage.
- Certificate or training in housekeeping, hospitality or cleaning services will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, lodge operations, hospitality or professional cleaning will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cleaning procedures.
- Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle guest property responsibly.
6. Stock Controller
The Stock Controller will play a key role in ensuring the effective management, control and accountability of inventory across the organisation. The position is suited to an individual with practical experience in stock control, stores, inventory management, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming stock and supplies.
- Verify quantities, descriptions and condition of goods received against relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
- Monitor all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
- Issue stock to authorised departments in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile results with stock records.
- Investigate and report stock variances, shortages, damages and discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
- Support stock forecasting and purchasing requirements based on consumption patterns.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure appropriate stock rotation using established principles such as FIFO where applicable.
- Ensure food, beverage, housekeeping and other operational supplies are stored appropriately.
- Maintain proper organisation, cleanliness and security of stock areas.
- Implement appropriate controls to minimise theft, wastage, damage and unauthorised stock movements.
- Maintain accurate stock documentation, including goods received notes, requisitions, issue records and stock count sheets.
- Prepare regular stock reports for management.
- Monitor high-value, fast-moving and sensitive inventory items closely.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, food and beverage, housekeeping and other relevant departments.
- Ensure stock is issued only against authorised requests.
- Monitor supplier deliveries and report discrepancies where applicable.
- Assist with stocktaking, audits and inventory reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, storage and inventory control procedures.
- Perform other stock and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate required.
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Accounting or a related field will be an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in stock control, stores, inventory management, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience maintaining stock records and conducting physical stock counts.
- Good understanding of inventory control principles.
- Basic understanding of purchasing and supply processes.
- Good numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
