Pinnacle Insights Zambia, Zambia's Field Intelligence Company, is inviting applications from qualified and suitable candidates for the position of Enumerator / Field Agent.
Enumerator / Field Agent – 15 Posts
Key Functions
- Preparation for field work.
- Identification and recruitment of respondents.
- Data collection.
- Use of digital data collection tools.
- Quality control.
- Professional conduct.
- Confidentiality and data protection.
- Field movement and logistics.
- Daily reporting.
- Compliance with research protocols.
- Safety and risk management.
- Other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate / GCE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a smartphone or tablet.
- Familiarity with questionnaires.
- Fluent in more than one local language.
- Zambian citizen with a National Registration Card (NRC).
- Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Well-referenced CV with a photo.
- Excellent writing and reading skills.
- Good temperament.

The primary responsibility of an Enumerator / Field Agent is to collect accurate, ethical, complete and timely field data while strictly following the approved research methodology and protecting the confidentiality and dignity of respondents.

Field Work Opportunity
Pinnacle Insights Zambia is also recruiting enumerators for paid field work, with earnings stated at K150 – K300 per day.
