About the Role
WOWTIGER is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join its team and lead sales activities, achieve targets and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business and sales opportunities
- Train and support sales representatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales or sales management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications will be an added advantage
