About the Opportunity
TYP is recruiting motivated, self-driven individuals to link TYP with communities in project areas and strengthen community participation in health. Facilitators must be able to live in the community.
The Role
The Youth Platform is recruiting 4 Community Facilitators for the Y-CAP Amplify Change project. You will help mobilise communities, engage young people and strengthen community participation in health programmes.

- Kitwe
- Kasama
- Chipata
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to work independently
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar NGO role
- Certificate in Social Work, Project Management, Development Studies or related field
- SRHR and HIV knowledge is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilise communities for TYP programmes
- Organise KIIs and In-Depth Interviews
- Plan, implement and monitor activities
- Engage young people and stakeholders
- Build relationships with CBOs and government
- Identify project risks and controls
Important Requirement
Applicants must be able to live within the communities where project activities are implemented.
