About the Opportunity
Tradebrands is looking for experienced, driven professionals to join its water pumps team.
1. Sales & Technical Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the DAB division
- Conduct site visits and support project quotations
- Provide technical support and pump selection
- Manage installers, resellers and key clients
- Oversee stock and sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong water pump technical knowledge
- Proven sales experience
2. Workshop Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations
- Supervise and coordinate workshop staff
- Oversee repairs, servicing and maintenance
- Ensure quality and timely completion of work
- Manage tools, equipment and workshop stock
- Maintain safety and workshop standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- Proven supervisory experience
- Organised and hands-on
- Strong leadership and communication skills
