ExpressCredit has grown significantly since 2018 and invites suitably qualified candidates based in Lusaka or willing to relocate to apply for the position of Customer Care and Sales Support Agent.

The Role

The Customer Care and Sales Support Agent will provide ongoing customer support, assist dealers and sellers with sales, handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to support seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer support through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Support dealers and sellers to make sales.
• Handle escalations raised by other teams.
• Ensure all interactions are aligned with the company’s tone of voice and customer experience standards.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers and Field Teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members as the product scales.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to improve customer interaction flows.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer care, debt collection or telesales, ideally in financial services, telco or asset financing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working with CRM tools and call centre systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
