The Role

Africa’s Gate Zambia is looking for a hardworking, reliable and experienced Water Sachet Machine Operator to join its production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the water sachet packaging machine.
• Ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Monitor packaging quality and sachet sealing.
• Check water sachet quantities and packaging standards.
• Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine checks.
• Report machine faults and production problems promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Follow all production, hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a water sachet or packaging machine is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be willing to follow company procedures.
