The Delicious Pastries – Sweet Treats, Happy Moments is looking for a Sales & Marketing Person to be part of its growing baking business.

Duties

• Sell baking products and services including cakes, pastries, cupcakes, bento cakes and more.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Use marketing skills to promote the brand online and offline.
• Create content for social media platforms, including photos, videos and reels.
• Attend to all inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Help grow the customer base and increase sales.

Requirements

• Age 23 to 27.
• Male or Female.
• Must be able to respond to queries.
• Must have marketing skills.
• Content creator and comfortable on camera.
• Must attend to all inquiries.
• Good customer care skills.
• Must reside in Woodlands, Chalala or Chilenje.
• Must be fluent in English.
