Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming in-store experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and styling.
• Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Support online order processing, packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain a neat, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Support stock management and displays.
• Contribute to sales growth and brand visibility both in-store and online.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, retail and the UTG brand.
• Social media conversant, with content creation skills a big advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Reliable and flexible, including weekends.
• Previous retail experience is an added advantage, but not essential.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A love for fashion and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing apps, such as CapCut, Canva and Instagram.
• Ability to represent the UTG brand consistently and professionally.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
