The Role

Richmond Capital Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead operations, drive business growth and build a profitable insurance brokerage in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with PIA regulatory requirements.
Drive business growth and development.
Build and maintain strong insurer partnerships.
Lead and grow a high-performing team.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in the Zambian insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of PIA regulations.
Proven track record in business development.
MBA or postgraduate qualification.
Insurance qualification such as AIIZ, CII or equivalent.
