Mpika School of Nursing & Health Sciences, “Hub of Excellence”, is recruiting dynamic, hardworking and results-oriented individuals to join its Marketing & Admissions Department.
The Role
The school is seeking dynamic, hardworking and results-oriented individuals to support marketing, admissions, student recruitment, applicant engagement and coordination activities across various locations.
1. Field Marketing Officers
Locations: Muchinga, Northern, Luapula, Copperbelt, Central, Lusaka, Eastern, Southern, Western and North-Western
- Conduct field marketing activities across assigned locations.
- Undertake school and community visits to promote the institution and its programmes.
- Support student recruitment activities and engage prospective applicants.
- Follow up prospective students and applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Represent the institution professionally during field marketing and recruitment activities.
Salary: K5,000 per month
2. Digital Marketing & Admissions Officers
Locations: Mpika / Lusaka / Remote
- Manage Facebook and WhatsApp marketing activities to promote the institution and its programmes.
- Handle enquiries from prospective students through digital channels.
- Process applications and support prospective students with admissions-related information.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and admissions information.
- Follow up prospective students and applicants to support enrolment.
Salary: K5,000 per month
3. Marketing Coordinators
Location: Mpika
- Coordinate marketing teams and support effective execution of marketing activities.
- Allocate territories and responsibilities to marketing team members.
- Monitor marketing activities and team performance across assigned areas.
- Track field activities and follow up on progress against assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare performance reports for management review.
Salary: K5,000 per month
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong marketing and sales ability.
- Smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel where required.
- Marketing, sales or recruitment experience is an advantage.
