Dorset Capital is growing, and we're opening a new branch in Solwezi.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to set up and lead the branch, build a quality portfolio of secured business loans, and grow the Dorset brand in the Solwezi business community.
What You'll Do
- Win and keep business clients across Solwezi
- Oversee credit assessments, site visits and collateral checks
- Keep portfolio quality high and manage arrears early
- Recruit, lead and motivate the branch team
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
- 5+ years in SME or business lending, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- A track record of growing a loan portfolio while keeping arrears low
- Good knowledge of the Solwezi business community
