TimeGet Business Solutions Limited is looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory)

Diploma or Certificate in any of the following is an added advantage:
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Communications
- ICT or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of local Zambian languages is an added advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in shifts
