MacNet – Advanced Apple Repair Experts is looking for suitable candidates to join its team and grow their careers.
1. Computer Technician
Must be conversant with Apple products.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Apple products including MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad, iWatch and Apple TV.
- Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software issues.
- Experience in motherboard/logic board repairs is an added advantage.
- Familiar with macOS, iOS and Apple tools.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
2. Front Desk Sales Person
Minor experience in computers, software & sales.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software and Apple products.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries and sales.
- Good at explaining products and services.
- Organised, reliable and presentable.
